Our Commitment

Real Payroll Solutions is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to people of all abilities. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, in alignment with Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

What We’ve Done

• Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy and ARIA landmark regions
• Full keyboard navigation support throughout the site
• Screen reader compatibility (tested with NVDA)
• Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
• Skip-to-main-content link for keyboard users
• Form labels and error messages programmatically associated with inputs
• Responsive design tested from 360px to 1920px
• prefers-reduced-motion media query respected — animations are disabled for users who prefer reduced motion
• Cookie consent banner accessible via keyboard and screen reader
