Real Payroll Solutions

Real pricing. No surprises.

Pricing that starts at $10 per pay

No sales calls to get a number. No contracts. No setup fees that cost more than your first month of payroll.

How Pricing Works

Your cost has two parts: a per-run fee for processing the pay cycle, plus a per-employee fee for each person on that run. That’s it.

Simpler businesses cost less. A 5-person crew with standard biweekly pay is straightforward. A seasonal farm ramping from 8 to 150 workers with expense reimbursements is more involved — and priced accordingly.

No hidden fees. No contracts. No “call us for pricing.” The examples below show what businesses like yours typically pay.

What Businesses Like Yours Pay

Check the pricing examples on our home page to see real-world cost ranges for trades crews, farms, retail shops, professional firms, cleaning companies, auto repair shops, and veterinary clinics. Every business is a little different — these are typical ranges, not fixed prices.

What’s Included

Every client gets the full service — no tiers, no add-on fees:

  • Direct deposits to Canadian bank accounts
  • Digital pay stubs for your employees
  • Onboarding and offboarding paperwork
  • ROE filing
  • Email and phone support from someone who knows your account
  • Canadian data hosting — your data never leaves the country

What We Don’t Do

We do payroll — really well. Bookkeeping, HR consulting, benefits administration, and tax prep aren’t part of our service.

Need a partner for that? We’ve worked with some good people over the years. We’re happy to point you in the right direction — just ask.

If you’re an accountant or bookkeeper looking to refer your clients’ payroll, see how we work with partners.

How We Figure Out Your Price

Step 1: Tell us about your team — how many employees, how often you pay them, and anything unusual about your setup.

Step 2: We send you a quote within one business day. Clear numbers, no surprises.

Step 3: You decide. No pressure, no contract, no follow-up calls if you’re not interested.

For Context

Self-serve payroll software in Canada typically runs $40–100 per month for a 10-person team — and you do all the work yourself. Full-service through an accounting firm runs $200–600+ per month.

RPS gives you full-service managed payroll in the $65–100 range for that same 10-person team. Same accuracy as the expensive options. Fraction of the cost. And you don’t do any of the work.
