Use of This Website

This website is for informational purposes and lead generation. Information provided through our contact forms is used to prepare service quotes and follow up on inquiries. The content on this site is general in nature and should not be considered tax or legal advice.

Client Relationship

Our payroll services are provided on a month-to-month basis. No long-term contracts are required. The specific terms of each client engagement — including scope of service, pricing, and responsibilities — are outlined in a separate engagement letter provided before service begins.

Payment Terms

Fees are invoiced after each pay run or monthly, at the client’s preference. PAP (pre-authorized payment) auto-debit is available. No upfront deposits or setup fees are charged.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure accuracy in payroll processing and CRA compliance, Real Payroll Solutions’ liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific payroll run in which an error occurred. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

We strive to keep all website content accurate and current. However, payroll regulations change frequently. For specific situations, we recommend consulting with a qualified tax professional or contacting CRA directly. Information on this website does not constitute professional tax or legal advice.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days’ written notice. No cancellation fees or penalties apply. Upon termination, we will provide all necessary payroll records and assist with the transition to your next provider.
